As part of this year’s Performance Improvement Network (PIN) Quality Improvement Awards, healthcare organizations across Montana were recognized for innovative projects that enhance patient safety and clinical care.
Sidney Health Center was selected as one of the 2025 Patient Safety Award recipients for our work focused on the HCAHPS “Responsiveness of Staff” domain, which included efforts such as:
- Answering call lights promptly
- Responding to patient needs with empathy and urgency
- Collaborating across departments to deliver faster, safer care
At the Montana Healthcare Conference in October, Sidney Health Center was formally recognized by the Montana Hospital Association (MHA) for this achievement. The award celebrates our organization’s success in improving staff responsiveness, as reflected in patient feedback through the HCAHPS survey.
This accomplishment was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Nursing, Radiology/Imaging, Respiratory Care, Rehab Services, and Social Services, as well as the leadership of the HCAHPS Task Force. Together, these teams have strengthened our culture of compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
