The team includes several employees who have the knowledge to answer questions in many areas including billing and finance issues, continuum of care, exams and scheduling, satisfaction concerns, social services and spiritual concerns.

Follow-up surveys are often sent to you after your stay at Sidney Health Center. These surveys are designed to help us recognize our strengths as well as find opportunities for improvement. We encourage you to complete and return these surveys in the re-addressed and postmarked envelope that is provided.
Comparing Quality of Care
At Sidney Health Center, we are committed to providing quality care. In doing so, Sidney Health Center is participating in a national project, submitting our quality information to agencies that tabulate the information for the public to view. Hospital Compare is a website that provides you with information on how well the hospitals in your area care for all their adult patients with certain medical conditions. This tool was created through the efforts of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services, and other members of the Hospital Quality Alliance: Improving Care Through Information.
