Growing Talent Close to Home: Noa Idoate Fasching Begins Pediatric Rotation
At Sidney Health Center, investing in our people is one of the most meaningful ways we strengthen care for our community. That commitment is on full display as we welcome Ainhoa “Noa” Idoate Fasching, NP-S, to the Pediatrics Clinic for an 11-week clinical rotation.
During her time in pediatrics, Noa will gain hands-on experience while working alongside Dr. Maria Marchenko and Joan Turek, PA-C. This rotation marks an important step in her journey toward becoming a nurse practitioner, offering valuable opportunities to expand her clinical knowledge and deepen her passion for pediatric care.
Noa’s story is one rooted in community. Originally from Sidney, she is already a valued member of the Sidney Health Center team, bringing experience from both medical/surgical and surgical departments. Her path reflects a strong commitment to growing her skills while continuing to serve the place she calls home.
Last winter, Noa completed a clinical rotation with Jacq Free, FNP, and she will continue building her expertise with an upcoming OB/GYN rotation with Dr. Lisa Ross in June. She is on track to graduate in December 2026 and officially become a Nurse Practitioner.
For Noa, the opportunity to complete her clinical training locally has been especially meaningful.
“I am truly excited and grateful for the opportunity to complete my clinicals with such outstanding providers at Sidney Health Center,” she shared. “I am especially appreciative of the added benefit of being able to complete this experience locally.”
Supporting team members like Noa as they pursue advanced training is a point of pride at Sidney Health Center. By fostering growth from within, we are not only helping individuals achieve their goals—we are also ensuring continued access to high-quality care for our community.
Please join us in welcoming Noa to the Pediatrics Clinic as she continues this exciting next step in her journey.
