Same Day Clinic

Sidney Health Center’s Same Day Clinic (formerly Walk-In Clinic) is conveniently located in the Primary Care Clinic.  The Same Day Clinic offers same-day appointments on a first come, first serve basis.  Patients are encouraged to call 406-488-3963 during Same Day Clinic hours to schedule a time to be seen by the attending medical provider.  Patients can use the main Clinic Entrance on 14th Avenue Southwest in Sidney and check in at the clinic reception desk. This convenient clinic serves as an entry point for medical care at Sidney Health Center and is available to patients of all ages for immediate non-urgent problems. 

SAME DAY CLINIC HOURS: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Caring for patients on weekdays are Chloe Senn, FNP-C, Adrianne Bryant, Physician Assistant and Joshua Deschaine, Physician Assistant to Dr. O. Pete Council, Same Day Clinic medical director. Josh offers telemedicine visits two Mondays each month using TytoCare, which is a state-of-the-art telehealth device that allows providers to conduct remote medical exams with the assistance of an onsite nurse. This handheld tool can capture heart and lung sounds, images of the ears, throat, and skin, and measure vital signs—providing the necessary information for accurate assessments during a virtual visit.

The Same Day Clinic provides same day care for those who are seeking initial treatment for a variety of health conditions, including:

• Cold and flu symptoms
• Ear infections
• Sore throats
• Urinary tract infections
• Cuts, lacerations and wound care
• Sprains and initial broken bone assessments
• Abscess incisions and drainage
• Eye foreign body assessment

Patients that present with chronic health concerns may be referred for follow-up care to one of Sidney Health Center’s doctors or their primary care provider of choice.
