How much will by procedure cost?
Sidney Health Center strives to provide patients with the most current costs on tests, procedures, surgeries, or any other reason for a visit to our facility. Our Patient Accounting staff is readily available to help individuals through the billing cycle.
If you are interested in a price estimate before your visit or procedure, we encourage you to call our Patient Financial Services Director at 406-488-2112.The Director will help you determine the cost of the procedure as well as any out-of-pocket expenses based on your insurance policy information.
Please note: Due to variances in healthcare, we must gather some detailed information to provide an accurate quote of the estimated cost for a specific procedure.
Information required for a cost estimate include:
What tests your doctor has ordered.
Billing Codes (if possible) – This will ensure that we have the most accurate information.
Policy Information – This will help us determine your out-of-pocket expense.
It is important to note, when receiving a quote:
The estimate is based on what specific procedures normally cost. Actual costs may vary because it is difficult to predict exactly what additional services will be needed. The estimates may include anticipated fees but may not be an all-inclusive list.
The estimate may not include all fees incurred at the time of the service, as you may receive a separate bill from a physician/provider or entity independent from Sidney Health Center.
