Room Rates: Payment on day of admission and then by the 10th of each month going forward.

Private Rooms: $308.00/Day,  $9240.00 for 30 days.

Semi-Private Rooms: $292.00/Day,  $8760.00 for 30 days.

What do you need to bring to your admissions appointment?

• All Applicable legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, Guardian/Conservator
• Social Security Card or Number
• Driver's License or Passport
• Long Term Care Insurance Policy (if applicable)
• Insurance Cards: Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicare Supplement, Medicaid, or any Commercial/Private Insurance

What should you bring to make your room more cozy and comfortable?

• Recliner
• Television
• Lamps
• Fans
• Pictures and Knick knacks
• 10 days worth of clothing
