Caregiver Support Group

The Caregiver Support Group at Sidney Health Center is designed to help you take care of yourself, so that you can better care for your loved ones.

As a caregiver, you donate a great deal of your time and energy to someone else’s needs, often ignoring your own. When difficult emotions surface, remember that you have your own needs.  Talking with others who are experiencing similar feelings is a great source of support—a way to take care of yourself. 

Caregiver Support Group General Information

Who?  

• Caregiver Support is open to anyone of any age caring for a loved one.
  

When?  

• We meet the first Wednesday of each month, from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
  

Where?  

• At Sidney Health Center, in the ER Conference Room.
  

Is there a cost?

• No.  The group is free to all who would like to participate.
